We can create a simple static one-page website ~ to a completely database-driven site - or we can set up a basic template for you to use to design your own website! We can enhance your page with high quality graphics, animations, Javascripts, interactive forms, and 3-D graphics. THE BASIC WEBSITE
Standard Website Design Includes:

Initial consultation to determine needs and objectives. This can be accomplished in person by arranging a meeting, by telephone, or by email;

Layout and Design with a specified theme based on your ideas (or we can present some of our own for your review), buttons & bars, headers, and sidebars across the entire site. Also included is a feedback form, and a locator map, if desired;

Photos as furnished by you ready for upload to the site (an extra charge may apply if photos need to be re-sized, scaled or cropped) Optimization for faster loading is included. (Do you need photography services? We will take professional photos for your website at our standard photography rate - or provide you with "stock" photos at a rate of $5 per photo.)

Text as furnished by you. Additional charges may apply if we do copywriting work for you;

Internal Links to coordinate and facilitate user-friendly site navigation;

Up to 20 external links. (An external link is to information outside the website.) Additional links may incur additional charges;

Colored or Textured background to match color scheme.

Unlimited bullets or bars of same type. Up to 2 types.

Metatags - Description & Keywords added to your page to enable Search Engines to categorize your site appropriately. We will also discuss integration of keywords throughout your text which will help with search engine optimization;

Email link(s) on every page across the site for ease of your potential client to contact you;

Integration of Google Analytics so you can see how many visitors you're getting and where they're coming from. Also free access to a variety of website counters with various information to help you assess how your site is doing;

Submission to the most popular Search Engines and many subsidiary ones.

"EXTRAS"

Regular monthly maintenance / updates - $45 per hour (if we host your account, updates are charged at $30 per hour, with the first half hour included in your hosting fee).

Transfer of your site to our hosting service - $15 to transfer
& verify that the site is working properly, including all links.

Redesign - $30 per hour - or we can give you a quote estimate after reviewing your site and understanding what changes/additions you would like

Custom graphics - $45 per hour

Forms - $50 each (guestbook, order form, etc.)

Searches of Web content are done by using search engines. Your page(s) will be registered with the most comprehensive search engines on the net: Google, Yahoo, WebCrawler, Harvest, Lycos, InfoSeek, etc. All page addresses will also posted in the appropriate newsgroups. Your page will also receive meta tags to enable search engines to classify your content more effectively.

Search Engine Optimization

Getting your website to be displayed high in the search engine results is a field of its own. The parameters for search engines are constantly changing. We design your initial website to be search engine friendly; however, there are other things to be done to bring your site up into the search engine results. HOSTING

We will host your web page as a subdomain for you for $5.00 per month

If you have your own domain name, the rate is $15. - $25 per month, depending on the site of the website the traffic allocated. (Most websites will fall in the $15.00 range).

Access to the Internet:

If you would like access to the Internet yourself, we can set it up for you.

Domain Name:

We will research your preferred domain name and verify that it is available,
then submit and obtain it for you. $25.00 (on sale for $15.00 for a limited time). Our service includes confirming that your domain name is renewed annually or at regular intervals to assure that you don't accidentally lose it. You may, of course, obtain your own domain name and bear full responsibility to assure that it doesn't expire.

Payment:

Down payment of 50% of the estimated total due upon start of work.
The estimate will be based on negotiation with client.

Want us to change your basic content for you on a monthly basis? Step up to our $15.00 per month hosting plan, and we'll include 30 minutes of changes (cannot be carried over from month to month).
